Tone Up!
Ease lower back kinks with these awesome Knee Hugs. Lie on your back with your knees bent in towards your chest. Hold underneath your thighs with both hands and pull your thighs even closer to your chest. Hold for 10 slow counts. Repeat 2-3 times. You will feel a mild stretch through your buttocks and lower back.
Get Active!
